Season Rental Returns
We hope that you enjoyed the mild winter and had plenty of great times here at Mt Ruapehu, if you plan to continue to follow the winter we have a great rental option for you, but if you are thinking of warmer weather then you may be ready to return your Season Rentals. There are four options below on how to do this.

Please ensure ALL equipment is clearly labelled with the name of the person who rented the equipment. Any Season Rental equipment not returned by the 30th November 2009 will be charged the purchase price on the 2nd December 2009 for ALL outstanding equipment. |
Option 1: Return to Whakapapa Rental Department
Simply return your Season Rental equipment to Whakapapa Rental Department at the Top of the Bruce Road on Mt Ruapehu. Please let someone in the rental department know that you are dropping off Season Rental equipment.
Ski area open days only.
Option 2: Return to Turoa Rental Department
Season Rental equipment can be returned to the Turoa Rental Dept, on the Turoa Ski Field until the last day of the ski season. Please let someone in the rental department know that you are dropping off Season Rental equipment.

Option 3: Return to Whakapapa Rental Dept or Whakapapa Retail (Vertical Shop)
After the 27th October please return your season rental equipment between the hours of 8am and 3.30pm to either department. Please let someone know that you are dropping off Season Rental equipment.
Option 4: Return via RAL Courier contract
New! for 2009 we have secured a national courier contract so that our Season Rental customers can easily return their equipment back to us. Contact your Season Rental Co-ordinator at seasonrental@mtruapehu.com or (07) 8923738 ext 7836 with the following details:
• Your full name
• Date of pick up
• Address of pick
• Location of equipment (eg. On back porch)
• Number of packages to be picked up.(Please number each package eg. 1 of 4; 2 of 4; 3 of 4; 4 of 4)
Your credit card will be charged $15 per person for this service.
Ensure ALL equipment is clearly labelled with the name of the person who rented the equipment.
Please ensure that all equipment is well packaged and protected to reduce risk of damage.
